WHAT'S A DOULA?
A nonjudgmental support offering help when help is needed most after the birth of your children. She will come with experience and help with the adjustment of your new role as parents.
There are many reasons to hire a doula. Having a doula will reduce the risk of postpartum mood disorders and increase the success rate of breastfeeding.
Her goal is to make sure you get the rest that you need helping you to have quality family time.
There are more multiples born today who always need extra hands with the experience to know what is needed
WHAT'S A NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST?
A newborn care specialist will also help you get the sleep you need by working overnights so you get through those first sleepless months, and get the restorative rest you need. Cares for all newborn overnight needs. The old term was "night nurse" or "night nanny"
WHAT'S A SLEEP TRAINER?
A sleep trainer will come to your home and help get your child to sleep through the night after 3 months old. It takes time, patience, perseverance to teach your child self soothing skills. We are here to work together with the parents and babies so everyone can finally get a full nights sleep. We will work with each parent and find a sleep training style that works for everybody. We never let a baby CRY IT OUT.
